MY LIFE AS I LIVE IT

I'm a single mom with two great kids living near Dallas, Texas. This is my life; day to day things that are probably only important to me. This is my record of my ups, my downs and the road that I've taken along the way. For whatever reason YOU'RE here, I hope you find something you can enjoy and/or relate to. God bless.

Fantasy Island

I want an island. Today, that's my fantasy. Probably my mood, which is poor, I'll admit it. No idea why, well, I've got a couple of clues, but knowing what a bad mood I'm in, I'm not likely to trust myself.
So anyway, I want an island that is mine and mine alone. I don't want anyone else allowed on my island. I'd like it fully stocked with lot's of seafood, alcohol and my favorite desserts. No telephones, no forms of communication whatsoever. Some books, my ipod, and a really comfortable place to lounge. That's all I want.
Really, is it too much to ask for?

Pisses me off...here she is Mikey, ranting about an island she wants with all this alcohol stocked up WITHOUT inviting me! I mean, really! I thought I was a friend. I thought she knew about my alcohol problem.

Just disappoints me some people, you know? I mean, that's enough. It's obvious she doesn't want us there Mikey. Let's just move on with our blogaholic lives and if Kathi wants to come on our island, let's throw some coconuts at her sorry ass! ARGH!

Where's my meds??????????

Remember, at one time or another, you're gonna feel the need to get 'laid', yanno?

Ummm I would like to suggest a row boat for emergencies... ahhh, I am the consummate practical one! That being said, I think you should have silly string too.

You might want to consider electricity for the ipod and maybe a battery charger for you know, other things...

And I have frequently envisioned the same thing myself. Only in my version I'm up to my neck in boobs. They're attached to real women of course, but yeah, neck deep...

"Is that too much to ask for?" Well, if you got it, would it satisfy? Maybe it is too little to ask for. May your heart be blessed and filled with good things. And joy too. And abundant life overflowing and everlasting. God bless you!

Hi girl. I think sometimes we all need a private island. I bet the sand would really be awesome for our skin and the quiet would help our sanity. LOL

BTW - I tagged you!

Short of a few million dollars.... How about a room in the house that is all yours? Or a place outdoors somewhere???
